Who we are

winry tools (“Winry”, “we”, “us”) is run by an independent developer. These terms apply when you use winry.tools to buy a domain and host a site. By launching or renewing a site, you agree to them.

Who can use Winry

You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms where you live.

What you buy

  • A domain and static hosting for the term you pick at checkout, from 1 to 10 years. The term starts when your site launches.
  • You can add years while the site is paid for, up to 10 years ahead. Renewals close shortly before the paid term ends.
  • Updating your site’s files is included and free.

The domain

Winry registers the domain under its own account and holds it for you while your site is paid for. Holding it ourselves is what lets us set up DNS, HTTPS and hosting automatically, which is why it stays in Winry’s account. You get to use it for your site. When the paid term ends without a renewal, your site comes down and the domain is released for anyone to register, including you.

Ownership of your site

The wallet that pays for a site owns it on Winry, and only that wallet can manage it. You keep all rights to the files you upload. You give us permission to store, build and serve them for as long as your site is hosted.

What isn’t allowed

Your site must not contain or link to:

  • phishing, wallet drainers or anything else meant to take people’s funds or keys
  • malware
  • impersonation of another project, person or company
  • anything illegal, or content you don’t have the rights to

If a site breaks these rules, we take it down without a refund, and we may refuse service to the wallet that owns it. Report a site to [email protected].

Your token

Winry hosts your token’s website, not the token. We don’t monitor or vouch for a token’s trading, supply, holders or price. What happens to it, including bundled launches or a token going to zero, is not a reason for us to take a site down, and is not our responsibility.

Payments and refunds

  • Prices are in US dollars and paid in SOL. Checkout converts the total to one SOL amount.
  • Refunds happen automatically, to the wallet that paid, in these cases: your payment arrived after the quoted price expired; you paid more than the total, for example twice (the extra is returned); the domain was taken before we could register it; or registration failed.
  • Otherwise, payments are not refundable. That includes taking your site down before the paid term ends.
  • We may change prices. A change never affects a term you’ve already paid for.

Taking your site down

You can take your site down at any time from My Sites. Its files are deleted right away and can’t be restored. The domain stays registered to Winry until the paid term ends.

The service

  • Winry hosts static sites only, within the size and file limits shown when you upload.
  • Builds have time and resource limits. A build that goes over them takes the site offline until you upload a version that works. Each site also has traffic limits, so one site can’t slow down the others.
  • We work to keep sites online, but we don’t guarantee uptime. The service is provided “as is”.
  • Winry relies on other providers, including Cloudflare, a domain registrar, and the Solana network. We aren’t responsible for their outages or decisions.
  • We intend to run Winry for the long term, but we may change or stop the service. If Winry ever shuts down, each domain stays registered until its paid term ends and is then released.

The Winry token

The Winry token is separate from the service. Holding it gives no rights to the service, and nothing on winry.tools is investment advice.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Winry is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, email [email protected] first. We’ll try to resolve it with you directly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Winry after a change, the new terms apply. See also our Privacy policy and the FAQ.
